Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer
As founder, president and CTO, Andy Reddig leads the TEK Microsystems team. He is a veteran of the real-time embedded systems market and an expert in streaming I/O and signal processing solutions. A forward-thinking visionary, Andy is committed to keeping Tekmicro on the leading edge of optimized solutions for defense and intelligence missions that accelerate time to deployment for systems integrators. Under Andy’s leadership, over the last 20 years Tekmicro has delivered a number of first-to-market solutions for a wide range of programs and customers.
As CTO, Andy leads Tekmicro’s technical efforts to architect, plan and implement next generation systems that are optimized for high throughput & extreme processing density for Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence and EW/Cyber convergence solutions.
Andy holds S.B. degrees in both electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Vice President, Operations
Bill Ceccherini is responsible for the all of the company’s Operations activities, focusing on the predictability of the delivery and cost of Tekmicro’s products.
Bill is a seasoned Operations professional with many years of both DoD and commercial market experience. Bill has led the transformation of many high technology organizations while enhancing the workplace environment. Bill’s career has included time at Mercury Computer Systems, Moore North America, Agfa Corporation and Pacer Systems Inc.
Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Quality Assurance Manager
Mike Jillson is responsible for leading the company’s quality assurance activities, driving improvement initiatives, and maintaining the company’s quality management system, including its ISO 9001 certification.
Mr. Jillson has over 20 years’ experience in engineering, quality management and continuous improvement over diverse product areas where quality is critical, such as implantable medical devices and high temperature, high energy batteries for oil exploration. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and is a six sigma black belt.
Director of Programs
Sarah is responsible for the development and management of the defense program portfolio, including the capture, planning, and direction of programs. She also oversees business development, sales operations, and marketing activities.
Ms. Leeper has 15 years of DoD embedded electronics and commercial market experience. Prior to joining TEKmicro, Sarah was Director of Integrated Product Security at Mercury Systems, where she was responsible for creating the secure processing business including product development, services, and partner capability networks to address the security needs of deployed systems. Previously, Sarah held several strategic planning and market development roles focused on major program capture in Radar, Electronic Warfare, and Military Communications market segments. Ms. Leeper started her career as a member of the technical staff at M.I.T. Lincoln Laboratory where she focused on signal processing and high performance computing research.
Sarah holds BS degrees in Computer Engineering and Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Vice President, Finance
John Zimmer is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting and administration functions. His focus is directing the company’s fiscal functions and aligning this structure to allow for continued development and growth. Additionally, John oversees the external and internal solutions that support the MIS, Export Compliance, Human Resource, Security and Facility areas.
John comes from Charles River Development, where he played a significant role guiding them financially and operationally through a prolonged period of substantial growth and global expansion.
John holds a BS in Accounting from Babson College and a MS in Finance from Boston College.
