Applications
TEK Microsystems, Inc., designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of advanced high-performance I/O products for embedded real-time computing systems. The comprehensive product line includes advanced carrier, payload and switch boards based on widely adopted industry standards, advanced PMC/XMC cards, advanced ADC/DAC interfaces, and complete data acquisition, data recording/storage systems and signal processing systems.
Tekmicro products are used in real-time systems designed for data acquisition, instrumentation, control systems and signal processing in customer applications such as reconnaissance, signals intelligence, satellite telemetry, mine detection, medical imaging, radar, sonar, semiconductor inspections and seismic research.
Tekmicro major product lines include:
- Embedded Sensor I/O Solutions using the latest in FPGA and PowerPC technology. Available in both commercial and ruggedized versions, these products are deployable in any environment from laboratory to harsh environments.
- Data Recorders & Storage platforms and solutions. Tekmicro's data recording platforms provide developers with the ability to closely tailor their solution by selecting the right QuiXilica digitizer to build a fully functional data recording system to their individual project requirements.
The QuiXstore systems are available as fully integrated systems with front-end data sources from the Tekmicro family of Quixilica digitizer cards. These provide complete analog data recording functionality without the need for any customer-developed firmware. Pre-integration allows for the use of additional QuiXstore system-on-chip components on the digitizer cards. This allows the maximum recording data rates of the system to be extended.
